That’s why i have some basic policies in place to ensure everyone enjoys their StyledbyAnnam experience. They’re not rules, they’re just some general things to keep in mind to make sure your experience with me goes as smoothly as possible.

Need to Cancel?

What You Need to Know

I know that life sometimes gets in the way. That’s why I try to be as flexible as possible when it comes to cancelling appointments. If you cancel more than 48 hours before your set appointment, I’ll do my best to set up a better slot for you, no questions asked. If you cancel with less than 24 hours to go, there is an administration fee.

Tardiness

Please Let Us Know

Please be courteous to me and other clients at StyledbyAnnam and make sure you arrive on time for each appointment. If you are more than 15 minutes late, I may have to reschedule your appointment for another time. If you see you are running late, the best thing to do is let me know so I can minimize any disruption to my schedule and other customers.
